Sometimes, losing yourself is how you find your way home. A deeply personal journey through love, loss, family, identity, healing, and the quiet process of becoming yourself. Through childhood memories, difficult chapters, unexpected turns, new beginnings, and the lessons life leaves behind, this book explores what happens when we finally stop trying to become who we think we should be - and start listening to who we truly are. It is about learning to let go without losing yourself. About finding strength in vulnerability. About trusting your intuition, embracing change, and making peace with the parts of your story you cannot rewrite. Because sometimes, the greatest journey is not about becoming someone new. It is about coming home to yourself.
Born in Poland and raised in Denmark, Martha Irena Wozninska is a writer, coach, and creative who has spent much of her life exploring the connection between movement, creativity, personal growth, and the human experience. Her path has taken her through fashion and multimedia design, fitness and coaching, sports, dance, and more recently, back to one of her earliest passions - singing and writing. Her work is deeply rooted in curiosity, self-reflection, and a desire to understand what shapes us as human beings. Through her own experiences with change, relationships, loss, healing, identity, and personal growth, she has developed a strong belief in the importance of living authentically and learning to listen to oneself. She believes that life is not about having all the answers, but about remaining open to the questions, the lessons, and the unexpected turns along the way. This book is her first.
