Let me make it clear right away, that I have never considered getting involved with paint and brushes in any other form than, like most of us throughout our lives, having painted with large brush in the house and apartment. I had to be eighty years before something as simple as a dream triggered me to make my first experiment with paint and brush on a small scale. It is this small side step in my retirement that I would like to share with you in this book. From page 8 you will find my in depth story of the dream. This is a deep dive into the inspiration behind my painting journey as it looks with much details into the dream I had, that led me to take a brush and paint, and create upon canvas. Certainly nothing new in my experiences, but they are based on a rule of life which is probably difficult for many to understand, namely that I never seek experience beforehand in available sources such as Google. Instead I will go through the process the hard way which for me has always been the rule of life. Its about learning yourself through your own experience, which apparently means going the hard way. As I progressed in my pictorial world, my friend Ole Praud in Denmark took over professional pictures of what I got fixed to the canvasses, and put it up in this format. I have dedicated this book to him, with thanks for all the work he has put into my writing hobby.
